[ABSTRAK Masyarakat perkotaan menghadapi berbagai masalah kesehatan baik fisik maupun psikososial Salah satu masalah psikososial yang sering muncul adalah harga diri rendah situasional HDR situasional dapat disebabkan oleh masalah kesehatan fisik misalnya osteoartritis Osteoartritis menyebabkan keterbatasan gerak pada penderitanya sehingga dapat mempengaruhi performa peran dalam kehidupan sehari hari Perubahan performa peran tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa tidak berharga yang disebut harga diri rendah Tujuan dari penulisan KIAN ini adalah memaparkan asuhan keperawatan harga diri rendah situasional pada klien yang mengalami osteoartritis Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah memotivasi klien berpikir positif dan latihan kemampuan positif Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa berpikir positif dan latihan kemampuan positif dapat meningkatkan motivasi klien untuk kembali berkarya Kata kunci berpikir harga diri rendah situasional kemampuan osteoartritis perkotaan positif;
