Hubungan antara gaya pemimpinan dan ganjaran kewangan dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi

 Abstrak

This study was conducted to identity the relationship between leadership style and financial rewards with the perception towards organization support among advance information technology (IT) workers in Malaysia. To achieve this object, 823 questionnaire forms had been distributed but only 178 forms can be use for data analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. Finding shows that only one financial reward dimension which is salary has a significant relationship with the perception towards organization support, while bonus shows that is significant with the perception. For transformational leadership style, only the idealism influence that has inspired motivations. The implication of research of finding, research limitations, and suggestions for follow-up research is discussed in the last chapter of this article.
