Dramatic personae Noordin Hassan who was born in Pulau Pinang is the 7 th national literacy laureate is a unique, creative and prolific writter. His presence in the area of modern Malay drama and local theatre has given a fresh new scene to the Malay literacy field. His boldness in presenting new antirealisme dramatizing concept which are absurd and experimental drama has opened up a new dimension in the Malay drama scene. To prove, he has been using poetry in all his drama. This research is done in order to identity and analyse types of poet Malays poet used in his written drama entitled Bukan Lalang Ditiup Angin (1970). Using the method of collecting and analysing the data of the drama script, this research is also using keywords from the conceptual theory founded by Mohammad Mokhtar Abu Hassan (2001). Hopefully, this finding shall contributed to the Malay literacy arena. |
