| [Skripsi ini menggambarkan bagaimana Jabatan Fungsional Pustakawan dipahamidan diterapkan oleh pustakawan di Pusat Perpustakaan UIN Syarif HidayatullahJakarta, serta mencari tahu apa saja kendala yang dihadapinya. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknikpengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studiliteratur. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2015 di Pusat PerpustakaanUIN Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pustakawan Pusat PerpustakaanUIN Jakarta belum memahami secara menyeluruh mengenai Jabatan FungsionalPustakawan. Meskipun begitu, pihak perpustakaan telah mendukung penerapanJabatan Fungsional Pustakawan tersebut dengan beberapa cara. Namun, dalampenerapannya terdapat beberapa kendala yang bersifat internal dan ekternal;This thesis describes how Librarian Functional Position is understood andimplemented by librarians in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Central Library.Moreover, this thesis also examines the problems faced in the process. Theresearch applied qualitative approach using case studies method. The samplingtechniques used are interview, observation, and literature review. The researchwas conducted between March ? June 2015 in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah JakartaCentral Library. The result shows that the Librarian Functional Position has notbeen understood comprehensively by librarians in UIN Syarif HidayatullahJakarta Central Library. However, the library has supported the implementation ofLibrarian Functional Position by using some ways.
