Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis konsentrasi pajanan personal debu PM2.5 dan kadar testosteron dalam darah pada petugas uji mekanik di Pusat Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Unit Pulo Gadung tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengukur konsentrasi pajanan debu PM2,5 yang dilakukan melalui pengukuran personal sampling dengan menggunakan alat Leland Legacy Pump dan Sioutas Cascade Impactor kepada 12 petugas uji mekanik, serta kadar testosteron dalam darah petugas didapatkan dari hasil analisis sampel darah petugas dengan menggunakan metode electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata konsentrasi pajanan personal PM2.5 selama pekerja pada periode penelitian yang diterima oleh petugas uji mekanik PKB unit Pulo Gadung adalah sebesar 354,123 ?g/m3 dan rata-rata kadar testoteron pada petugas uji mekanik PKB unit Pulo Gadung adalah 445,04 ng/dl.
This study aimed to measure and analyze personal exposure concentrations of PM2,5 and testosteron level in blood on mechanic in Pusat Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) unit Pulo Gadung in 2015. This research is using quantitive descriptive study by measuring the concentration of PM2,5 through personal sampling measurement by using Leland Legacy Pump and Sioutas Cascade Impactor to 12 mechanics and levels of testosteron in blood obtained from analyze mechanics's blood samples using electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA). The result showed the average personal exposure concentrations of PM2.5 in the study period received by the clerk of mechanical testing amounted to 354,123 ?g/m3 and the average levels of testosteron in blood on mechanics is 445,04 ng/dl.
