Abstract
ABSTRAK
Naskah Naṣīḥat al-Umarā? (NU) berisi tentang nasihat kepada para raja. Untuk saat ini, naskah NU hanya dapat ditemukan di Museum Negeri Banda Aceh dengan nomor inventaris 07_01520. Keterangan mengenai naskah ini tidak berhasil ditemukan pada beberapa katalog naskah. Oleh karena itu, untuk sementara waktu naskah NU disebut sebagai codex unicus. Pada bagian isi, naskah ini menjabarkan tingkatan para pemimpin dan kekuasaannya serta menjelaskan cara-cara penobatan raja, antara lain dengan cara bai?at, khalifah, mufakat, dan kemenangan dalam perang. Tidak diketahui siapa penyalin dan waktu penyalinan naskah ini. Pada bagian akhir, muncul dugaan bahwa naskah ini dalam keadaan tidak lengkap. Hal ini didukung oleh adanya percakapan antara dua tokoh yang terpotong.

Currently, NU manuscript can only be found in Banda Aceh State Museum by inventory number 07_01520. Information related to this manuscript can?t be found in any other catalogs. Therefore, NU temporarily called as codex unicus. The content of this manuscript explains the hierarchy of the leaders, the leader?s authority, and the ways of coronation, i.e. bai?at, khalifah, and mufakat. It is not known who the copyist and when the time of copying is. In the final section, alleged that this script in an incomplete state. It can be proved by the truncated conversation between two characters.
