[ ABSTRAK Fokus dari skripsi ini adalah untuk membandingkan Hennes&Mauritz andAbercrombie&Fitch performa retail di dalam industry fesien yang cepat ini. Tujuandari pembelaran ini adalah untuk mengerti strategi perusahaan dan bagaimanaHennes&Mauritz and Abercrombie&Fitch bertahan di era sekarang. Setalahmengetahui ini, pembaca akan dapat mengetahui perubahan apa yang harusdilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualiatas strategi untuk retail dalam dunia fesienyang cepat ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan interpretasi kualitatif. Datadikumpulkan melalui wawancara yang mendalam.
