[Skripsi ini membahas tentang perlindungan jangka waktu terhadap suatu karya seni, terutama karakter kartun. Dengan adanya perubahan perlindungan jangka waktu, membuat ada hal yang harus diteliti lebih lanjut mengenai alasan-alasan mengapa terjadi perubahan jangka waktu terhadap perlndungan. Lalu apa akibat yang terjadi terhadap karya terutama karakter kartun dengan adanya perubahan jangka waktu ini. Dan apa yang terjadi jika ada perbedaan mengenai jangka waktu antara negara asal ciptaan dengan negara dimana ciptaan tersebut beredar, haruskan peraturan negara asal ciptaan tersebut diikuti atau mengikuti peraturan negara dimana ciptaan tersebut digunakan This mini thesis is discusses about the Copyright Term Protection of Character Cartoon works. With the changes of the regulation, makes things that should be considered such as the reason of the changes of the copyright term protection. Then what is the impact for the Cartoon Character Works with the term change. And what happened if there’s the different about the copyright term between the Origin Country and the Country that the works being used, which regulation should be used;This mini thesis is discusses about the Copyright Term Protection of Character Cartoon works.
