Bangunan serba guna yang menggabungkan area hijau dankonsep modern akan menghasilkan komunitas yang lebih hidup. Dengan metodeidentifikasi masalah, menyediakan pilihan solusi, studi kasus, dan penelitian tentangteori, teknologi, preseden dan observasi langsung, karya tulis ini dibuat dengan tujuanmenawarkan konsep lingkungan sehat yang akan disajikan dengan diagram, gambardan berbagai analisis.
