 Abstrak

[Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh dari keragaman gender dan rata rata umur dalam Direksi terhadap performa perbankan. Sampel penelitian ini termasuk 26 bank yang publicly listed di Indonesia dalam periode tahun 2010 2014 Metode regresi memakai model panel tepatnya memakai fixed effect model dan random effect model. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dengan titik optimal positif concave dari variabel keragaman. Direksi gender terhadap Tobin Q return on average assets dan return on average equity. Variabel keragaman gender yang kedua mengenai rata rata umur memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dengan titik optimal positif concave terhadap variabel return on average equity
This research aims to see the impact of gender diversity and age in the board of directors, towards bank performance in Indonesia. Sample used for this research comes from 26 publicly listed banks in Indonesia, from 2010-2014. The regression method uses panel data method, to be exact, this research uses the
fixed effect model and random effect model. The conclusion of this research is we can see a positive concave relationship between the percentage of women inside the board of directors towards Tobin’s Q, Return on Average Assets, and Return on Average Equity. We can also see a positive concave relationship between the average age of board of directors towards Return on Average Equity., This research aims to see the impact of gender diversity and age in the board of
