Abstract
[ ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaturan hak atas rahasia kedokteran dan privacy dalam peraturan perundang-undangan serta pelaksanaannya dalam praktik. Meskipun begitu, kedua hak tersebut seolah dapat disimpangi dengan beberapa kondisi di mana hal tersebut juga diatur dalam peraturan perundangundangan. Skripsi ini berfokus meneliti mengenai hak atas rahasia kedokteran dan privacy bagi pasien HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Sedangkan tipologi dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengaturan hak atas rahasia kedokteran dan privacy di Indonesia serta bagaimana praktiknya bagi pasien HIV/AIDS serta perlindungannya.
ABSTRACT This thesis discusses about the rights regulation of medical confidentiality and privacy in rights regulations and implementation in medical practice. Nevertheless, both of these rights can be ruled out in several conditions where those rights are also stipulated in legislation. This thesis focuses on analyzing the rights to medical confidentiality and privacy for HIV/AIDS patients. This research fundamentally used normative juridical method.
