Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas upaya PSBR Taruna Jaya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar anak akan kesejahteraan dan perlindungan, juga menggambarkan teknologi PSBR sebagai suatu human service organization dalam memberikan pelayanan sosial kepada para anak penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PSBR telah memenuhi kebutuhan anak akan kesejahteraan dan perlindungan, kemudian PSBR menggunakan people proessing technology dan people sustaining technology dalam pemberian pelayanan sosial tanpa merubah personal atrribute anak yang menyebabkan tidak adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan ketika sang anak keluar dari PSBR.
ABSTRACT
This research discusses the PSBR Taruna Jaya efforts in fulfilling basic needs of the child welfare and protection, also illustrates the PSBR technology as a HSO in providing social services to the children with social welfare issues. This research used a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. These results indicate that the PSBR has fulfilled the needs of the child welfare and protection and then PSBR uses people proessing technology and people sustaining technology in the provision of social services without changing personal atributte that not led to an increase in well-being when the child hes been out of PSBR.
