Abstract
ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan menghitung kebutuhan perawat di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSIA SamMarie Basra Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara observasi (time motion study), wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Pengamatan untuk time motion study dilakukan selama 6 hari kerja, dengan sampel perawat mahir dan tidak mahir. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa beban kerja sebesar 67,3%. Berdasarkan perhitungan WISN maka diperoleh kebutuhan perawat sesuai dengan jumlah yang ada pada saat ini, diluar supervisor. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan SPO uraian tugas perawat di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSIA SamMarie Basra Tahun 2015.
ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to analyze the workload and compute the need of nurses in outpatient installation RSIA SamMarie 2015. This study is qualitative descriptive study, by observation (time motion study), in-depth interviews and document review. Observations to time motion study conducted for 6 days of work, with a sample of nurses proficient and not proficient. Result of this study found that the workload of 67,3%. WISN calculation based on the obtained need of nurses according to the number that existed at this time, outside supervisor. Therfore, it is necessary SPO nurses in the job description outpatient installation RSIA SamMarie Basra 2015.
