Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and training on Labor Earnings using Two-Step Heckman and the 2013 National Labor Force Survey. The first stage is the method preceded by a probit model to calculate the probability of work with earnings and the second stage was predictly earning using the Mincerian earning function. The results of the analysis found that education and training has significant effect and positive impact to earnings, compared to the interest rate, the percentage of earnings value is still much higher than interst rate (5%).
