ABSTRAK Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai salah satu jenis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkatpertama memiliki peranan penting dalam sistem kesehatan nasional. Praktek Kerja ProfesiApoteker yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran ditujukan untuk memahami tugasdan fungsi apoteker dalam melaksanakan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. PelayananKefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yangberkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkanmutu kehidupan pasien. Suatu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilaksanakannyadilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker adalah apotek. Aktivitas pelayanan kefarmasiandi Puskesmas dilakukan secara menyeluruh yang meliputi aktivitas promotif, preventif, kuratifdan rehabilitatif kepada masyarakat di wilayah kerja puskesmas yang bersangkutan. Tugaskhusus yang diberikan pada kegiatan Praktek Kerja kali ini adalah membuat pengamatan TerhadapData Pelayanan Obat yang Rasional di Puskesmas. Pharmacyservices implemented a practice of pharmacy by a pharmacist is a pharmacist. Pharmacy servicesactivities carried out thoroughly covering the activity of promotive, preventive, curative andrehabilitative to the community in the working area in question.
