ABSTRAK Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pelayanan kesehatantermasuk di dalamnya pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas yang merupakan unitpelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apotekerdi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur bertujuan untukmemahami tugas dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta Timur dan jugamemahami tugas dan fungsi dari bagian seksi sumber daya kesehatan. Sedangkantujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tugas pokok dan fungsi tenagafarmasi di puskesmas, memahami bagaimana pengelolaan obat, pelaksanaanpelayanan farmasi klinik, laporan pemakaian dan lembar permintaan obat danpenggunaan obat rasional (POR) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung. Peranapoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur adalah sebagaipengelola Sub Seksi Farmasi, Makanan dan Minuman, yang salah satu tugasnyaadalah pengelolaan laporan tentang pengunaan obat dari seluruh Puskesmas diwilayah Jakarta Timur. Sementara itu Apoteker di puskemas bertugas danbertanggungjawab dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, baik dalampengelolaan sediaan farmasi maupun pelayanan farmasi klinik. Profession Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur aims tounderstand the duties and functions of the parts of the section of health resources.While the purpose of the special task is to determine the duties and functions ofpharmacy staff in health centers, to understand how the drug management, theimplementation of clinical pharmacy services, usage reports and sheets demand fordrugs and rational drug use (POR) in the sub-district Puskesmas Pulogadung. Therole of the pharmacist in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur is as manager of SubSection Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, which is one of its tasks is themanagement reports on the use of drugs of all health centers in East Jakarta.
