ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 282 Jakarta Barat.Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabapoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai denganketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, emahami seluruh kegiatanpelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentangpermasalahan dalam praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dalam mengatasipermasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia FarmaNo. 282 Jakarta Barat secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalampengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuaidengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasilmemperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan pelayanankefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua) hal, yaitu: kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupapengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta melakukanpelayanan farmasi klinik. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 282 adalah ketiadaanApoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat. Selainitu, agar pasien lebih nyaman dan terbuka dalam memberikan dan menerima informasi, maka perludisediakan ruang konseling khusus bagi pasien.ABSTRACT Profession Internship in the pharmacy located at Kimia Farma No. 282 West Jakarta. Profession Internship in pharmacy aimsto make apothecary students understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in themanagement of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical services in accordance with the provisionsof the legislation and ethics, understand all activities undertaken pharmaceutical services inpharmacies, and have a real picture of the problems in the practice of pharmacy as well as learnstrategies to overcome these problems. Based on the profession internship activities undertaken,pharmacist as Pharmacy Manager at Kimia Farma No. 282 West Jakarta in general have beencarrying out the duties and responsibilities in the management of activities related pharmacypharmaceutical technical and nontechnical pharmacy activities in accordance with the legislationin force. Apothecary student have managed to gain insights into the routine activities performed inpharmacy. Activities of pharmaceutical care includes two (2) ways, namely: managerial activitiessuch as the management of pharmaceutical, medical devices and medical consumable materialsand conduct clinical pharmacy services. Problems that occur in Kimia Farma No. 282 is theabsence of Pharmacist Assistants who can replace the pharmacy manager while it is not in place.Additionally, in order to patients more comfortable and open to give and receive information, it isnecessary to provide a special space for patient counseling.;Profession Internship in the pharmacy located at Kimia Farma No. 282 West Jakarta.
