ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 bertujuan untukmemahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam melaksanakan pelayanankefarmasian di Apotek, memahami sistem dan manajemen yang ada di Apotekbaik sistem perbekalan kefarmasian maupun pelayanan farmasi klinis, sertamenambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon Apoteker dalam melaksanakanpelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok telahmelaksanakan pengelolaan perbekalan kefarmasian dan pelayanan farmasi klinikdengan cukup baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan tentang penyakit hipotiroid dananalisa resep obat hipotiroid di Apotek Kimia Farma 202. Tugas khusus inidiberikan agar mahasiswa memahami sistem dan fungsi hormon tiroid pada tubuhmanusia, memahami penyakit hipotiroid dan terapi yang diberikan, sertamemahami rasionalitas resep berdasarkan pengkajian resep yang berkaitan denganpenyakit tiroid.ABSTRACT Pharmacist profession internship at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 aims to understandthe role and responsibilities of pharmacists in implementing the pharmaceuticalservice in the drugstore, understand the system in drugstore either thepharmaceutical supplies system and clinical pharmacy, increasing knowledge andskills of the candidate Pharmacists in implementing pharmacy services indrugstore. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok has been managing the provision ofpharmacy and clinical pharmacy services quite well. Special assignment givenabout hypothyroid disease and analysis of hypothyroidism prescription in ApotekKimia Farma 202. This task is given so that students understand the system andfunction of thyroid hormones in the human body, understanding hypothyroiddisease and treatment, and understanding the rationality of recipes based on theexamination recipe associated with thyroid disease. |
