Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek, memahami sistem dan manajemen yang ada di Apotek baik sistem perbekalan kefarmasian maupun pelayanan farmasi klinis, serta menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon Apoteker dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok telah melaksanakan pengelolaan perbekalan kefarmasian dan pelayanan farmasi klinik dengan cukup baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan tentang penyakit hipotiroid dan analisa resep obat hipotiroid di Apotek Kimia Farma 202. Tugas khusus ini diberikan agar mahasiswa memahami sistem dan fungsi hormon tiroid pada tubuh manusia, memahami penyakit hipotiroid dan terapi yang diberikan, serta memahami rasionalitas resep berdasarkan pengkajian resep yang berkaitan dengan penyakit tiroid. ABSTRACT Pharmacist profession internship at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 aims to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in implementing the pharmaceutical service in the drugstore, understand the system in drugstore either the pharmaceutical supplies system and clinical pharmacy, increasing knowledge and skills of the candidate Pharmacists in implementing pharmacy services in drugstore. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok has been managing the provision of pharmacy and clinical pharmacy services quite well. Special assignment given about hypothyroid disease and analysis of hypothyroidism prescription in Apotek Kimia Farma 202. This task is given so that students understand the system and function of thyroid hormones in the human body, understanding hypothyroid disease and treatment, and understanding the rationality of recipes based on the examination recipe associated with thyroid disease.
