ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96Jalan Letjen S.Parman Kav.G/12 Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selamaempat minggu dari tanggal 3 sampai dengan 30 Agustus 2015. PKP di apotekbertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawabApoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, sertapengalaman praktis tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memilikigambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96Jalan Letjen S.Parman Kav.G/12 Jakarta Barat secara umum telah menjalankanfungsi pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap semua komponen obat di apotek danjuga melaksanakan fungsinya sebagai apoteker dalam menjamin penggunaan obatyang rasional. Pengelolaan pelayaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputiperencanaan kebutuhan obat, pengadaan obat, pendistribusian obat, penyimpananobat serta pelayanan informasi obat untuk obat dengan resep dan obat non resepatau swamedikasi. Praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 96secara keseluruhan telah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undanganyang berlaku. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 adalahkurangnya kedisiplinan petugas farmasi dalam melakukan pencatatan barang di Apotek.ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 96 WestJakarta. This activity was held for four weeks from August 3th until August 30 2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy was intended to make apothecary studentunderstand the role of pharmacist, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in pharmacy. Based on the activities, pharmacist as Pharmacy Manager generally have oversight and control of all the components of the drug at the pharmacy and also carrying out the duties as a pharmacist in ensuring the rational use of medicines.Apothecary student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy.Management of pharmaceutical services carried out in pharmacies include requirement planning, procurement, distribution, storage and drug information services for prescription and non-prescription drugs or swamedikasi. The practice of pharmaceutical services at Kimia Farma No. 96 as a whole has been run according with the legislation in force.
