Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi di puskesmas dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat pada tanggal 2 November - 20 November 2015. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan kesehatan; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap prilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian; mempelajari Strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Praktek profesi dilakukan selama 3 minggu dengan tugas khusus kajian pelayanan informasi obat (PIO) pada pasien di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan tanggal 16-20 November 2015. ABSTRACT Profession internship in Health Center is held at Kembangan District Health Center, West Jakarta on November 2nd ? August 20th 2015. The goals of this internship program are to make students understand jobs and duties of pharmacist in Health Center legally and ethically; to make students have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior of insight and experience to do pharmaceutical care practice; to make students learn the strategy and activity in developing pharmaceutical practice; to make students experience pharmaceutical practice problems; and to make students able to communicate and interact with other health professionals who served in health center. The apothecary profession internship program conducted during three weeks in a special assignment that is drug information services in patients at Kembangan District Health Center on 1620 November 2015.;Profession internship in Health Center is held at Kembangan District Health Center, West Jakarta on November 2nd ?
