ABSTRAK Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok periode bulanAgustus tahun 2015 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggungjawabApoteker dalam pengelolaan Apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanankefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yangberlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktisuntuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyatatentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian; dan mempelajari strategi dankegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktekkefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek dilakukan selama 4 (empat) minggudengan tugas khusus, yaitu analisa resep pasien hipertiroid.hr>ABSTRACT The aims of apothecary profession internship program at Apotek Kimia FarmaNo. 202 Depok in August 2015 are to understand the task and responsibilities ofpharmacists in the management of pharmacy; as well as doing pharmaceuticalcare in accordance with the provisions and ethics which is valid for, havinginsight, knowledge, skill and practical experience for doing pharmaceutical care inpharmacy; as well as having an example the problems the pharmaceutical carestrategy; as well as studies and activities that can be conducted in the context ofthe development of the practice of pharmacy. The apothecary professioninternship program at pharmacy conducted during four weeks with a specialassignment that is analysis of prescription hyperthyroid patient. |
