ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No 147 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku memiliki wawasan pengetahuan keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan praktek kefarmasian Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan Apotek serta mampu melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku Permasalahan praktek kefarmasian yang sering terjadi adalah stok barang yang sering habis akibat perubahan sistem pengadaan barang menjadi sistem Distribution Center kurang rutinnya pelaksanaan Konseling serta belum terlaksananya praktek Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pelayanan Informasi Obat dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa promosi kesehatan berupa poster mengenai hiperlipidemia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat umum melalui media dan bermanfaat agar masyarakat awam menjadi paham sehingga lebih waspada dan peduli akan bahaya penyakit hiperlipidemia khususnya geriatri ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No 147 Duren Sawit aims to comprehend the role and the responsibility of pharmacist in management of pharmacy do the pharmaceutical care practice based on valid legislations and ethics have practical knowledge education ability and experience to do the pharmaceutical care and have the real background about the problem of pharmaceutical care also learn the strategy and the activity that can be held to develop the pharmaceutical care Based on the observation Pharmacist are able to understand their task and responsibility in management of pharmacy also able to do the pharmaceutical care practice based on valid legislations and ethics The problems that used to be happened are empty stock often happened because of the inventory system that were changed into Distribution Center system inconsistent counseling also the pharmaceutical care that haven rsquo t been yet held before are Home Care Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Drug Information Service and Adverse Drug Reaction ADR rsquo s Monitoring Special task were given about health promotion on poster about hyperlipidemia aims to public health socialization through media and are useful for public to understand so that they will be more self esteem and care about the threat of hyperlipidemia especially in geriatric
