| Growing old is inevitable for any human being. In everyday life, the elderly needs the kind and level of dependence of other people, especially the disabled. They are to be respected as individual with dignity and self-expression, and free to do what they want. Many are able to do with their own initiative. It is not right to assume that the elderly totally depend on other people?s assistance. Some may have general weakness, especially their physical condition that even, is often heard as fragile. The anticipation of the fragile physical condition may sometimes overly say. The efforts to prevent an accident, such as falling, may actually hinder the autonomous actualization of the elderly. |
