| Designing programs participatively is frequently seen as the best alternative towards the effort of developing society that prioritizes the principle of democracy. It is undeniable that such a process shall convincingly accommodate the varied stakeholders' interests, especially the society to be developed. Yet, soon after the process has been carried out, however, the designers find out that the society's aspirations are just too many. By keeping on glorifying the principle of participation, a certain methodology to sort such a lot of aspirations should be developed so that it would be perceived as the program accepted by lots of people. |
