Javanese as one of the Austronesian languages conversseveral dialects. One of the dialects is Surabayan dialect. The speakers of Surabayan dialect exist not only in Surabaya but also in other parts of Indonesian such as in Borneo. Nowadays, Surabayan dialect is consideredas one of the cultural heritages of the past, present and future. In this study, some philosophical sciences such as ontology, epistemology and axiologyare used to describe the cultural heritage-surabayan dialect.
