| Strategic environmental developments in the global and regional levels pose a threat to the country, both military and non military threat that requires a state of readiness to conduct a precaution. One step is to hold enemy's preparedness to defend the country program for all people. In this case the community must have the spirit of nationalism, patriotism, love of the homeland and the physical ability and discipline to defend the country when the country is in a state of war against an enemy. Defending the country is very important for Indonesia given the country's defense system is a defense system of the universe where the people are supporting components that must be ready to defend the country from the threat of the enemy. Readiness required juridical, human resources, budget, infrastructure and cultural in organizing to defend the state program. |
