Electronic colonialism by Jakarta
by Ade Armando (Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia, 2010)
|
The article attempt to reveal how, in the past two decades, Indonesia's centralized television system has moved towards anti democracy and anti pluralism - exploiting the economy of others areas outside Jakarta. The writer argues that this unjust system can only be corrected if those with authority are willing to implement the 2002 broadcasting law consistently. |
