Abstract
Wediombo karst area in Gunungkidul Regency at Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) is the virgin karst area among the others at Gunugkidul and the locality eastern part of Gunungkidul and neighbor between Gunungkidul Regency and Wonogiri Regency. The identification result of biophysis, social economic and culture has been that Wediombo karst area has superiority of completely in uniqueness, good biodiversity also the pristine natural resources. The local culture has not explored yet, therefore it has not offered as tourism asset.
