| To make a rental house agreement of a shoping complex house Tanjungkarang Bandar Lampung, Rental payer must get a licence from local government of Kotamadia Bandar Lampung and meet all basic requirement of the agreement. The barriers in implementing the rental house agreement are low quality of the house, lack of ability to pay the rent, uncertain legal protection, and the limit in effect of the licence. However, the supporting factors are official legal agreement, easy application of licence low rental payment, priority consideration for the low income. |
