| The code of criminal procedural law in the Law No.8 of 1981 as an operational basis of criminal justice system in Indonesia submits the conception of integrated criminal justice system which absolutely needs coordination among the law enforcement institutions. The failure of one of components of the system will influence the achievement of the other institutions. In fact, it is difficult to realize this system because each institution holds its own achievement oriented. |
