Abstrak
As a mandatory jolder of the people's consultative assembley (MPR). President has a large function and authority, not only to realize the Guide-line og State policy (GBHN), but also to execute the 1945 Constitution and legislation. The President's responsibility therefore, will cover the execution of function and authority to achieve the state objectives, to keep on the Constitution and regulation.
