Abstract
The role of judge in the application practice for adoption is to examine the adoption case presented by the child's parents and the adoption parents, and all administrative requirements. When all requirements have been fulfiled the judge determines the court session day. The Unfulfilment of requirements result in postponement of the court session. Barries of the adoption application are the absence of child's parents and uncomplete administrative requirements.
