ABSTRAK Perekonomian Indonesia telah tumbuh secara stabil semenjak dilanda krisis padatahun 1998 dan diproyeksikan akan terus tumbuh pada masa mendatang.Pertumbuhan tersebut ditopang oleh beberapa sektor, salah satunya ialah sektor nonmigas yang selalu mendukung pertumbuhan tersebut. Peran pemerintah sebagaipenentu kebijakan tidaklah terlepas dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terjadi.Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari kebijakan pemerintah terhadapperkembangan ekonomi khususnya pada sektor non migas. Penelitian inimenggunakan model simulasi untuk melihat dampak kebijakan pemerintah. Adapunkebijakan pemerintah yang dijadikan objek penelitian ialah upah minimum, pajak,jumlah uang beredar. Model diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu alat untukmenganalisis kebijakan pemerintah pada sektor manufaktur melalui skenario simulasiyang diterapkan ABSTRACT Indonesia's economy has grown steadily since the crisis in 1998 and is projected tocontinue to grow in the future. It is supported by several sectors, one of which is thenon-oil-and-gas sector which has always supported the growth. The government'srole as a policy maker could not be separated from economic growth that occurred.This research aims to look at the impact of government policies on the economicdevelopment, especially in the non-oil sector. This research used simulation modelsto see the impact of government policy. As for government policy that made theobject of research is the minimum wage, tax, the amount of money in circulation. Themodel is expected to be one of the tools to analyze the government policies in themanufacturing sector through simulated scenarios were applied. |
