Abstrak
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, pasif, keselamatan jiwa, serta sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, pasif, keselamatan jiwa, serta sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran yang dilihat berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum yang dilengkapi dengan standar National Fire Protection Association.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif melalui metode observasi, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara tidak terstruktur untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem proteksi di plant paper mesin (PM) B. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif, pasif, keselamatan jiwa, serta sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnya memenuhi standar.
This research discusses about overview the application of active and passive protection systems, life safety, and emergency response of fire at plant paper machine (PM) B. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of active protection systems, passive, life safety, fire and emergency response are seen based on the Minister of Public Works, incorporating the National Fire Protection Association standards. This research used descriptive research through observation, review of documents, and unstructured interviews to determine the application of protection system at plant paper machine (PM) B. The conclusions of this research are the active and passive protection systems, life safety, and emergency response of fire at plant paper machine (PM) B have not fully complied the standards.
