ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis faktor-faktor apa saja yangmempengaruhi niat perilaku pegawai untuk menggunakan e-learning denganpendekatan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model).Penelitian ini menguji empat faktor yaitu dukungan organisasi, computer selfefficacy,pengalaman terdahulu dan task equivocality yang diyakini dapatmempengaruhi persepsi kemanfaaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap danniat perilaku pegawai untuk menggunakan e-learning. Responden penelitian iniadalah 150 pegawai Kantor Pusat Direktorat XYZ. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa niat perilaku dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan persepsikemanfaatan. Selanjutnya, persepsi kemanfaatan mempunyai pengaruh lebih kuatterhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan e-learning dibandingkan pengaruh persepsikemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa persepsikemanfaatan dipengaruhi oleh dukungan organisasi dan pengalaman, sedangkanpersepsi kemudahan penggunaan terbukti dipengaruhi oleh computer self efficacy. ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence employees? behaviorintention to use e-learning with applying Technology Acceptance Model. Thisstudy examines four factors: organisational support, computer self-efficacy, priorexperiences and task equivocality that are believed to influence employees?perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes and intention to use elearningsystems. The respondents of this study were 150 employees ofDirectorateXYZ Ministry of Finance?s Head Office. The results of this researchshowed that behavioural intention influenced by attitude and perceivedusefulness. Moreover, perceived usefuleness has stronger influence thanperceived ease of ease to affect attitude. This research also found perceivedusefulness was influenced by organisastional support and prior experience, whileperceived ease of use was influenced by computer self efficacy. |
