ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai timbulan dan komposisi limbah padat pada Mal Margo City, Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar timbulan limbah padat, presentase jenis komposisi limbah padat, menganalisis dan merancang alternatif sistem teknis operasional limbah padat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu SNI 19-3964-1994 tentang Metode Pengambilan dan Pengukuran Contoh Timbulan dan Komposisi Sampah Perkotaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik limbah padat Mal Margo City terdiri dari 35,40%, sampah organik, 28,31% kertas, 20,33% plastik, 1,61% logam, 1,24% kaca, 1,2% kayu, dan 11,62% sampah lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dibuat perencanaan pengelolaan limbah padat berupa perencanaan aspek teknis operasional yang meliputi pemilahan dan pewadahan sampah di sumber, pengumpulan sampah, dan pengangkutan sampah.
ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the solid waste generation and composition at Margo City Mall, Depok. This study aims to determine the major solid waste generation, the percentage of solid waste composition, analyze and design operational technical system of solid waste generation. The methode which being used is SNI 19-3964-1994 on Methods of Sample Collection and Measurement of the Composition and Urban Waste. The results of this study are alternative technical operational system, start from crocking to transport solid waste that can be applied to Margo City Mal. The result shows characteristic of solid waste in Margo City Mall consisting of 35,40% organic, 28,31% paper, 20,33% plastic, 1,61% metal, 1,24% glass, 1,2% wood, and 11,62% other solid waste. Based on data of solid waste generation and compotition that has been obtained then will be made a solid waste management planning includes planning of operational technique aspect which is separation and storage at the source, collection, and transport of solid waste. |
