Abstrak
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai fungsi komunikasi risiko dalam pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir di sektor energi. Dalam skripsi ini penulis menjabarkan dua pokok permasalahan: Pertama, mengenai peraturan komunikasi risiko dalam UU No. 32/2009 dan kedua, mengenai fungsi komunikasi risiko itu sendiri dalam pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir di sektor energi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi risiko sebenarnya dapat dijadikan peluang dalam membangun pemahaman dan kepercayaan masyarkat dalam rencana pembangunan pembangkit listrik tenaga nuklir pertama di Indonesia.

This thesis discussing about the function of risk communication in the use of nuclear power in energy sector. In this thesis the author proposes two main issues: First, how the Law Number 32 of 2009 regulate about risk communication. While the second, the thesis will discuss about the function of risk risk communication in the use of nuclear power the energy sector. The result of this study showed that risk communication can actually be used as an opportunity to build understanding and people acceptance in the development plan of the very first nuclear power plant in Indonesia.
