Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung efisiensi teknis serta menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku impor terhadap efisiensi di industri pengalengan ikan Indonesa periode 2000-2013. Estimasi untuk menghitung nilai efisiensi menggunakan metode Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) dan menghasilkan bahwa rata-rata efisiensi di Industri pengalengan ikan Indonesia tahun 2000 - 2013 sebesar 86 %. Namun di beberapa tahun terakhir efisiensi di industri pengalengan ikan Indonesia menurun. Disisi lain untuk mengetahui pengaruh impor bahan baku terhadap efisiensi di industri pengalengan ikan Indonesia menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Estimasi tersebut menghasilkan bahwa proporsi impor signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi teknis di industri pengalengan ikan Indonesia.
This study aimed to calculate the technical efficiency as well as to analyze the effect on the efficiency of imported raw materials in the fish canning industry Indonesa period 2000-2013. Estimates to calculate the efficiency using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) method and produce that the average efficiency in the fish canning industry Indonesia period 2000-2013 about 0.86. But the recent years the efficiency in fish canning industry Indonesia decreased. On the other hand to determine the effect of imported raw materials on the efficiency in Indonesia fish canning industry using Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). Estimates produce that proportion of imports significant negative effect on technical efficiency in the fish canning industry Indonesia.
