ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengeksplorasi strategi pemolisian dalammencegah konflik tawuran pelajar yang terjadi di wilayah hukum Polresta Yogyakarta.Fenomena konflik tawuran pelajar yang terjadi antar kelompok pelajar usia sekolah inimengakibatkan munculnya kejahatan tindak pidana yang menimbulkan kerugian materiil, lukalukahingga kerugian jiwa bagi pelajar itu sendiri. Perilaku tawuran merupakan salah satuperilaku remaja yang menyimpang atau Juvenile Delinquency yang dapat meningkat menjadikejahatan tindak pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisiskarasteristik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konflik tawuran pelajar serta penerapanpemolisian komunitas dalam permasalahan konflik tawuran pelajar oleh Polresta Yogyakartaterhadap SMA Bopkri 2 dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Karasteristik dan faktorfaktoryang mempengaruhi konflik tawuran pelajar ini dilihat dari sudut mental atau psikologisosial pelajar, sosiologi pelajar, dan lingkungan masyarakat atau subkultur delinquency sertaeskalasi konflik yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini, bahwa Polresta Yogyakarta belumsepenuhnya menerapkan pemolisian komunitas di SMA yang sering bermasalah dengantawuran pelajar, dan diberikan saran kepada Polresta Yogyakarta untuk menerapkanpemolisian komunitas terhadap konflik tawuran pelajar dengan metode SARA.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine and explore policing strategies in the prevention student brawlsconflict in the jurisdiction of Polresta Yogyakarta. Student brawls conflict phenomenan thathappen among groups of school-age students cause the appearance of evil criminal offersecausing material loss, wounds up losses for student life themselves. Brawl behavior is one ofthe deviant behavior of adolescents or Juvenile Delinquency which car be increased to a crimea criminal offerse. This research uses kualitative method to analize the characteristics andfactors that influence student brawls conflict also the implementation of community policingin problem of student brawls conflict by Polresta Yogyakarta toward. Bopkri 2 Senior HighSchool and Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School, The characteristics and factors whichinfluence the student brawls conflict are seen froom mental side or student social psychology,students sociology and society environment or delinquency subculture also escalation conflicthappened. The result of this research is Polresta Yogyakarta not yet fully implementedcommunity policing in Senior High School who often have problems with student brawls, andgiven suggestion to Polresta Yogyakarta to implement community policing toward studentbrawls conflict with SARA method |
