Kesehatan jiwa merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam terwujudnya kualitas hidup bermasyarakat secara utuh. Pencegahan gangguan kesehatan jiwa dapat dilakukan dengan deteksi dini di sarana pelayanan kesehatan primer. Namun, tidak semua sarana pelayanan kesehatan primer mampu menyediakan layanan kesehatan jiwa. Perkembangan teknologi internet yang pesat saat ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi berupa layanan deteksi dini menggunakan media internet berbasis website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun prototipe deteksi dini kesehatan jiwa yang dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk deteksi kesehatan jiwa dan sebagai media promosi. Peneliti mengidentifikasi faktor determinan (man, material, method, machine dan market) untuk menentukan kebutuhan sistem menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Prototipe sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe website yang memberikan informasi gambaran tingkat gangguan jiwa ringan pengunjung website sebagai portrait sederhana masalah kesehatan jiwa masyarakat, media informasi dan edukasi. Prototipe dapat dikembangkan dengan penambahan fitur chatting online serta pemetaan ODMK (Orang Dengan Masalah Kesehatan Jiwa) berbasis wilayah untuk mendukung akses pelayanan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat. Mental health is an important component in the realization of the quality of life of society as a whole. The prevention of mental health disorders can be early detection in primary health care facilities. However, not all primary health care facilities are able to provide mental health services. The rapid development of Internet technology today can be a solution in early detection services using internet-based media website. This study aims to develop a prototype mental health early detection that can be used for detection of mental health community and media promotion. Researchers identify determinants mental health (man, material, method, machine and market) to determine the needs of system by using qualitative research methods. The prototype system was developed by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which the stages are planning, analysis, design, and implementation of system. This research resulted a prototype website thatprovides information level overview of mental disorder of visitors website as a simple portrait of mental health community problems, media information andeducation. The prototype can be developed with the addition of online chat features as well as mapping ODMK (People With Mental Health Problems) areabasedto support access community mental health services. |
