ABSTRAK Budaya keselamatan kerja di industri konstruksi sangat berpengaruh terhadapkondisi sosial ekonomi negara yang berakibat pada daya saing. Berdasarkan data,tingkat kecelakaan kerja proyek konstruksi di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Pada eraMasyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) kontraktor Indonesia dituntut untukmeningkatkan daya saing yang salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan proyek tanpaterjadi kecelakaan kerja (zero accident). Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder hasil literatur yang divalidasi pakar serta kuesioner responden yang dianalisa menggunakan Metode SmartPLS, didapatkan pola hubungan antar dimensi budaya keselamatan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja K3. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku dan Biaya K3 menjadi dimensi yangsignifikan mempengaruhi kinerja K3. ABSTRACT Safety culture in construction industry is very influential on the statesocioeconomic condition that resulted in competitiveness. Based on the data ,the accident rate in Indonesia is very high. In the era of the Asean EconomicCommunity (AEC) Indonesian construction Industry is required to improvecompetitiveness, one of which is the implementation of the project withoutworking accident (zero accident). Research using primary and secondary data,the result of the literature that were validated by the ecpert along with the respondents questionnaire that were analyzed by using Smart PLS'method,obtained pattern between dimensions of safety culture to improve the performance of safety culture. The result showed that the behavior and safety culture cost into dimension that significantly affects the performance of safety culture |
