ABSTRAK Untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek dibutuhkan site manager handal sebagaiseorang pemimpin proyek dan mempunyai persyaratan kompetensi yangdibutuhkan. Kompetensi site manager diukur oleh tiga aspek yaitu knowledge,skill serta attitude. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensisite manager terhadap keberhasilan kinerja proyek. Penelitian dilakukan padasalah satu perusahaan kontraktor BUMN. Pengumpulan data melalui surveymenggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan dalam empattahapan, yaitu analisis faktor, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi, dan analisis regresilinier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 10 kompetensi dominan dan 5diantaranya merupakan gap competency, yang disertakan dengan rekomendasimodul pelatihannya. ABSTRACT Site manager as a project leader and has the necessary competency requirementsis needed to achieve the success of the project. The competence of site managermeasured by three aspects: knowledge, skill and attitude. This research analyzethe relationship between site manager competencies and project performance. Thestudy was conducted in one of the public contractor company. Data was collectedthrough questionnaire survey and interview. Data was analyzed in four stages,factor analysis, classic assumption test, correlation test, and multiple linearregression analysis. The results of this study were obtained 10 dominantcompetency and 5 of them are gap competency, that is included with traningmodules recommendation. |
