Abstract
Karya akhir ini membahas bagaimana strategi alokasi aset investasi yang dilakukan oleh Dana Pensiun Pemberi Kerja (DPPK) untuk mencapai sasaran investasi dan memenuhi kewajibannya kepada peserta dengan memperhatikan faktor demografi peserta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor demografi peserta DPPK khususnya usia rata-rata dan persentase jumlah peserta aktif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap strategi alokasi aset investasi khususnya pada instrumen investasi saham, deposito dan obligasi. Untuk memperoleh hasil investasi yang optimal, DPPK XYZ perlu memberikan batasan minimal dalam penempatan dana investasinya pada instrumen investasi deposito dan obligasi masing-masing sebesar 10% dari total nilai investasi.
This thesis discusses how the asset allocation strategy of investment conducting by the Pension Fund to achieve the investment objectives and fulfill its obligations to participants by considering participants demographic factors. These results indicate that the demographic factors, especially average age of participants and percentage of the number of active participants, had a significant impact on the investment asset allocation strategy, especially on stock, deposits and bonds. To obtain an optimal investment, DPPK XYZ needs to stipulate minimal placement investment instruments of deposits and bonds each 10% of investment funds.
