ABSTRAK Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah ketidakadilan sosial yang masihmenjadi masalah dasar di Indonesia sejak era kolonial. Para pemikir politikIndonesia terdahulu termasuk Sukarno, tertarik pada sosialisme sebagai sumberpemikiran yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut. Hal ini menjadi dasarpemikiran bagi perjuangan kemerdekaan dan penyelenggaraan negara Indonesiaterkait pengelolaan kekuasaan dan peran negara yang ditujukan untukmewujudkan keadilan sosial tanpa adanya kapitalisme dan imperialisme. Olehkarena itu, tesis ini membahas dua hal penting. Pertama, konsepsi sosialismeIndonesia menurut Sukarno. Kedua, praktik sosialisme Indonesia pada masaDemokrasi Terpimpin. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi pemikiran politikSukarno tentang sosialisme Indonesia dan praktiknya pada masa DemokrasiTerpimpin.Teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori sosialismedalam perspektif marxisme. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diperkuat dengan teoripendukung seperti: teori sosialisasi politik, teori tradisionalisme Jawa, dan teorinegara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitiandeskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui telaah pustakaterhadap teks pemikiran Sukarno berupa artikel, buku, dan pidato, serta berbagailiteratur lain yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian ini.Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep pemikiran politik Sukarno tentangsosialisme Indonesia dirumuskan dengan mengikuti konsep pemikiran marxisme.Praktik sosialisme Indonesia diterapkan dengan cara memperkuat negara melaluikekuasaan Demokrasi Terpimpin dan peran negara dalam ekonomi melaluiEkonomi Terpimpin. Temuan penelitian ini adalah pemikiran marxisme tidakditerapkan secara murni dalam konsepsi sosialisme Indonesia. Meskipunsosialisme Indonesia mendapatkan pengaruh yang dominan dari pemikirankomunisme, tetapi sosialisme Indonesia merupakan bentuk revisionisme terhadapmarxisme. Secara implisit Sukarno juga mendapatkan pengaruh tradisionalismeJawa dalam merumuskan konsepsi sosialisme Indonesia. Praktik sosialismeIndonesia pada masa Demokrasi Terpimpin lebih menampakkan kekuasaannegara yang cenderung bercirikan negara neo-patrimonial dan peran negarabersifat otonomi relatif.Implikasi teoritis menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi politik dapat diterapkandalam studi ini. Teori sosialisme dalam perspektif marxisme tidak sepenuhnyadapat diterapkan. Teori tradisionalisme Jawa dapat diterapkan untuk menganalisisciri khas sosialisme Indonesia. Dan teori negara dapat diterapkan untukmenganalisis praktik sosialisme Indonesia pada masa Demokrasi Terpimpin. ABSTRACT The study was motivated by the problem of social inequality that was stillbeing a basic problem in Indonesia since the colonial era. Former Indonesianpolitical thinkers including Sukarno interested in socialism as a sources of ideasthat can address the problem. It is become the rationale for the struggle forindependence and the Indonesian state governance related to use of power androle of the stated aimed at social justice without capitalism and imperialism.Therefore, this thesis discusses two important things, first, the conception ofIndonesia socialism according Sukarno?s thought. Second, the thesis alsodiscusses the practice of Indonesia socialism in the Guided Democracy era. Thisthesis aims to reconstruct the Sukarno?s political thought of Indonesia socialismand its practice in the Guided Democracy era.The main theory that used in this research is the theory of socialism in theMarxism perspective. In addition, this study also reinforced by supporting theoriessuch: the theory of political socialization, the theory of Java traditionalism, andthe theory of state. This study used a qualitative approach to the type ofdescriptive analytical research. Data was collected through a literature review ofthe Sukarno?s thought from articles, books, and speeches and various otherliteratures related to the object of this study.The study concludes that the concept of Sukarno?s political thought ofIndonesia socialism formulated by following the concept of the thought ofMarxism. The practice of Indonesia socialism was implemented by strengtheningthe state through the power of Guided Democracy and the role of state in theeconomy through Guided Economy. The research findings of this study is thethought of Marxism was not implemented purely in the conception of Indonesiasocialism. Although Indonesia socialism was getting predominant influence of theideas of communism, but it is a form of revisionism of Marxism. ImplicitlySukarno also gets the influence of Java traditionalism in formulating theconception of Indonesia socialism. The practice of Indonesia socialism during theGuided Democracy is more revealing power of state tends characterized by neopatrimonialstate and the role of the state is the relative autonomy.The theoretical implication shows that political socialization can beapplied in this study. The theory of socialism in the Marxism perspective is notfully applicable. The theory of Java traditionalism can be applied to analyze thehallmark of Indonesia socialism. And the theory of state can be applied to analyzethe practice of Indonesia socialism during the Guided Democracy. |
