Abstract
ABSTRAK
Laporan magang membahas analisis sistem informasi akuntansi yang digunakan PT Aman Sentosa untuk membuat laporan keuangan, yaitu Tugu Insurance Solution: Accounting pada Financial Accounting Department. Laporan magang ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan model analisis FAST dan metode PIECES dalam mengidentifikasi masalah. Hasil analisis dituangkan dalam bentuk analisis masalah, analisis peluang, analisis tujuan perbaikan sistem, rancangan proses menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, desain database dengan ERD, dan tampilan pada user interface. Kesimpulannya adalah perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada sistem dan proses offline karena hingga saat ini usaha membuat laporan keuangan masih cukup besar. Diharapkan hasil analisis memberikan usulan perbaikan yang membantu pengguna dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang lebih efektif dan efisien
ABSTRACT
The internship report analyse accounting information system used by PT Aman Sentosa for reporting system called Tugu Insurance Solution: Accounting at Financial Accounting Department. The report is descriptive by using FAST analysis model for analysing and PIECES method to identify problems. The result is presented as problem analysis, opportunity analysis, and system improvement objective; process design in the form of Data Flow Diagram; database design using ERD; and user interface design. The report result shows that there is a need for system improvement and for offline processing so that the effort for preparing and producing financial report can be reduced and become more efficient. The researcher hope that the analysis result can provide suggestion for future improvement so that the process of preparing and producing financial statements can be more effective and efficient.
