ABSTRAK Laporan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan keadaan mobile banking PT XXX, sebuahperusahaan yang bergerak di industri perbankan, yang dalam beberapa bulan terakhirsedang dikembangkan. Tingkat kapabilitas mobile banking PT XXX ini dievaluasimenggunakan kerangka COBIT 5. Hasil evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa aktivitasmobile banking PT XXX perlu perbaikan dibeberapa aspek. ABSTRACT The focus of this report is to show the condition of mobile banking in PT XXX, acompany in banking industry, which has been actively developed for the past fewmonths. The capability of this mobile banking in PT XXX is evaluated using theCOBIT 5 framework. The evaluation report said that some aspects of the mobilebanking activity in PT XXX have to be improved. |
