Abstract
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit yang meliputi kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan alat kesehatan habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul analisa DRP Kasus CVD SNH dan Hipertensi GR II dengan Riwayat Diabetes di Lantai 4-PU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memantau masalah penggunaan obat terhadap pasien rawat inap di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto.
Apothecary profession internship at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto aims to understand the duties and functions of the installation Pharmacy pharmacist in Hospital supply management activities which include pharmaceutical and health equipment consumables and clinical pharmacy services. The specific task that was given is analysis of DRP Cases CVD SNH and hypertension GR. II with a history of Diabetes on the 4th floor-PU at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. The purpose of this specific task is to monitor the problem of drug use against inpatients at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto.
