Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi apoteker di Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" dilaksanakan selama 8 minggu dari Januari-Februari 2016. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan bagi mahasiswa untuk mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan manajerial dan farmasi klinik di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit kanker sudah sesuai dengan PMK 58 tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Tujuan khusus dari Praktek kerja profesi apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" adalah agar mahasiswa mampu menganalisis drug related problem yang ada pada salah satu pasien anak yang ada di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais dengan melihat profil pengobatan pasien dari kardeks dan status medis pasien pada rekam medis.
ABSTRACT Pharmacist profession practice at Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais" was held for 8 weeks from January-February 2016. The profession practice aims for students to be able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospital in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services generally. Overall, managerial and clinical pharmacy activities in Pharmacy Installation Cancer Hospital are in accordance with the PMK 58 of 2014 on Standards of Pharmaceutical Services at Hospital. Special assignment intended that students were able to analyze drug relate problems from pediatric patients at "Dharmais" Cancer Hospital to see patients medical status thorough kardeks or in patient medical record.
