Abstract
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat mengetahui gambaran umum, struktur dan pembagian kerja di instalasi farmasi, serta peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam Peran Lintas Farmasi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo.
Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Evaluasi Laporan Pemakaian Dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (Lplpo), Penggunaan Obat Rasional, Ketersediaan Obat, Sumber Daya Kefarmasian, Dan Daftar Tilik Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Periode Desember 2015 bertujuan untuk mengetahui parameter pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo
