ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di GlaxoSmithKline Jalan Pulobuaran Raya KavIII Blok DD No. 2-3-4 Jakarta Timur bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apotekerdapat mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di departemen pengawasan mutu GlaxoSmithKline. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Template Excel Spreadsheet untuk Pengolahan Data Hasil Analisis Sirup Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, dan Dextromethorphan HBr Menggunakan Gas Chromatography. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memahami tahapan dalam pembuatan sistem komputerisasi yang digunakan di industry farmasi dan membuat excel spreadsheet pengolahan data hasil analisis sirup Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, dan Dextromethorphan HBr menggunakan gas chromatography. ABSTRACT Internship in GlaxoSmithKline Jalan Pulobuaran Raya Kav III Blok DD No. 2-3-4East Jakarta aims to make the pharmacists may know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry as well as to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the quality control department in GlaxoSmithKline.
